This petrol is station small and it's just behind my home ( City towers - Nuamia 3) and the stations ( 95 and 98 only available, no diesel) are built in ; just pipes are visible , I like the new style and it's unique in it's kind in this area .

Had breakfast at the Bishop Auckland store Cafe. The table hadn't been wiped and the cafe seating area was very cold. The food was just warm, the standards have certainly slipped. We won't be returning in a hurry, there are much better options nearby.

Good supermarket overall but slightly depressing experience. Very big. Good cafe, toilets clean. Clothing etc. Lots of plants unfortunately dying because no one watered them. Very large bakery, confectionary, drinks aisles. Overloaded with signage and very untidy with piles of packaging round the place. Plus points. Delicatessen counter. Very good car park. Some good special offers. Sadly felt it was catering to lower end of the market with an awful lot of cheap and processed food. Shame because I used to shop in a different Morrisons all the time but I moved to an area with none local. Personally would shop there if I was near but wouldn't go out of my way. Too cluttered, untidy, and stressful. I tripped over a mop bucket!

Love having a rake around Morrisons, even if I'm not doing a weekly shop. Always gas a good variety of goods and the meat is always tip top

Never feels to have good customer service.

Cafe is ridiculous really. Kids breakfast is 3 items for nearly £3. Never gave free when its supposed to. Its like toddler portion sizes. Toddlers eat free it should say. Even told me better off buying an adult meal for my 10 yearsl old as childrens portions are quite small.
Never got asked if wanted white bread which I cant tolerate easily, get snippy to ask anything else. I asked where I even get my hot drink from being the first time in the cafe itself and got evil stare and snotty reply.
Simple common questions for new customers and staff struggle with new customers.

Lighting is quite depressing and feels dated. They started doing too good to go bags but nobody seemed to have a clue about it so were just sent away.

Several visits in afternoons attempting to have £2.99 scone and tea deal or a 99p cake . Yet again in this moment no deals available. No offer to make a plate. Recently moved here from Scotland and have never had this problem. Our local cafe was so efficient and obliging. A lesson can be learned from your colleagues in arbroath

Well stocked supermarket, with a very reasonably priced petrol station attached.

I'm not convinced they're any cheaper than rivals in the town, but you can usually get whatever you want without difficulty.

Their bakery is fantastic.

Went to restaurant ordered meal at 12.10 40 minutes later still no meals when I enquired the meal ordered hadn't gone through to kitchen turned out no meals had been put through for 30mins ended up getting refund would not recommend it to anyone
