I am regular client...I use to come and buy a certain amount of parfume regularly I was always very welcome by Mister Syed or Farook.....but today one of the manager was very impolite with me on the waiting area talking rude and threating me like his kid, or one of his employee, ordering me like a teacher to take the seat immediately pointing the seat with his finger.....He was very rude and mad......
I am really disappointed of the customer service from now I will look for alternative provider and new in parfume brand..

Park and Ride closed, although signs still in place. Had to park in Falmouth and move the car twice as we could only find space in short stay carparks. Annoying.

Visited Falmouth today and found out that the Park and Ride was closed. So only parked up for two hours ,instead of staying four to five hours.

I find in these small towns that Park & Ride schemes are better to use.
Although we didn't use the boat, we used the bus, which turned out to be an open topper.
The drivers were friendly, the bus ride was quick and smooth and we enjoyed great views of Falmouth Harbour.
The ticket allows you to ride the bus as many times as you like, and the £7.50 was good value (it includes parking and the bus up to 7 passengers).
The bus stops at the Prince of Wales Pier, with the town centre just around the corner

DON'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO USE IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES.
it's £7 per car for EACH car and drops you off by the marina museum which is at the furthest end of town you can get
I'm on a walking stick & it took me over an hour to get to the pier (which would be a FAR BETTER drop off point). Not only that but it dropped you right next to a virtually empty car park that cost less than half the price. Won't be using again.

Absolutely disgusted at this Rip-Off. Today we parked in the Park & Ride to go & watch the Red Arrows display, there was a big sign outside advertising the easy parking for the Red Arrows, we arrived around 3pm & paid the fee - an extortionate £9, when we arrived at the drop off point in Falmouth harbour we asked the driver what time the last bus was, he replied 6pm. The Red Arrows display didn’t start until 6pm!

It appeared there were no other local bus after this time, so we consequently had to get a taxi back to the car park costing £12:50!

C’mon Falmouth stop ripping people off!!! We certainly won’t be returning to Falmouth again.

Park and float stopped years ago allegedly, but Park and Ride lives on. Lot's of spaces and a regular bus service to Falmouth. The price if the parking doubles up as your bus ticket for you and all in the car. Drop off in town is convenient.

Went here for park and float, but sadly no longer running, which was a shame. However park and ride works really well. Quick ride into Falmouth and every 15 minutes. Expensive at £9 but this covers up to 7 people. So even if you are in two cars, you only need one ticket. Something we unfortunately missed.

Expensive, Impractical & Pointless!

When this was the float and ride, this was brilliant! It was quick, didn't get stuck in traffic and dropped you at the piers, which was easy for the town or connecting boats.
We recently used this service as a park and ride ( I've no idea why the have got rid of the boats?). Admittedly we did not read the small print and assumed it would be like a rail replacement service an drop us at the Prince of Wales pier, if not there at least at the bus station not too far away. To our constanation it dropped us close the diving centre miles from where wanted to be. This resulted in my disabled mother in law having to walk through the town on crutches to the pier.
I honestly struggle to see the point in this service. It's more expensive than the car parks £9.00, it stops early so eating out in town is not practicle, and it doesn't drop you at the boat piers.
Needless to say we will not be using it until the float and ride returns.
