Hello again.

I previously did a review which wasn't complementary of this company and this review seems to not want to be edited so I will write a second review. Anyway at first there were a few communication problems as I wasn't kept updated on why the memorial stone was taking over the time it was said it would be ready; but they did their utmost to have the headstone fitted by today valentines day which is so poignant for my mother as it is my father's headstone. So I cannot take back the words of the first review but I can thank them for excellence for the last 7 days to put things right. Thank you

My mother and I ordered a Headstone on the 7th of November 2018 and were informed that the Headstone would be fitted to the grave by the end of January 2019. The marble we picked had to be ordered from abroad but the 31/01/2019 we were informed was still the date by which all would be completed including the Headstones wording and fitting to the grave. I said when we ordered it that I would be happy as long as the Headstone was fitted for Valentine’s Day 2019 and was informed this would be the case.
On Friday the 25th of January 2019 I emailed Davis Memorials after having no correspondence from them since the 7th of November by email or telephone asking what was the delay in the process? Seeing as we still had to check the wording and layout that was to be stencilled on before giving the go ahead for the Headstone to be inscribed, there was no way it would be fitted by the date we had been given. The reply 3 days later informed me there was a delay in the stone being imported and it would not be in England until the 31st of January and my reply back was to keep me informed of the process. It is now the 7th of February and still no word from this company, I have an upset mother because it won’t be in situ by Valentine’s Day; so thank you for nothing Davis memorials.
My advice to everyone who does use this company is get the date of your Headstones fitting on the paperwork when ordering from this company, as this is something I didn’t do and now sincerely regret and I wish I had ordered from a different company.

Did a very good job, very helpful and efficient. Sent a photo for me to see it, went later and it was beautiful,better than new.

Great service from the two installation technicians they couldn't be more helpful. Whatever they are paid it's not enough for how they treated me and treated the stone.
