Nice building and beautiful view but the management need to improve and AC bills every month Default 30DHS Maintenance charge pls reduce it.

Very clean and quiet residential property once i visited to my colleague there was a security on reception i think from India i like him the way he is friendly to all visitors

The building is constructed and planned well and 24/7 security .

Would have given 5 stars if the hand santizer was refiled , i have been to the building almost every few weeks and found the santiizer dispenser empty .

I have been here a whole year and im really happy, its clean and quite and most of the flats have families. The view is amazing as well as the location !
Only the fire alarm was a serious problem and since few months is getting better.

Worst building ever…. Full time Fire Alarm rings, Maintenace is very very poor- All walls paints falling in rooms, AC leakage, Every time lift is busy, RealEstate office staffs are not giving proper responses for about our complaints…. It’s shame for Ajman Bank ….From outside building looking good…. But inside is very bad kachara????????????
