Wowwwww...
This Residential building in Ajman is really amazing and very beautiful and the structure of it and the lighting is really amazing...???????????? The eye catching one.
The lighting show will be on for every one hour for 5 mins and its just really cool to watch those lighting and it was one of the iconic tower in Ajman its must go by that way to watch that tower and if possible plan it according to that time of show.????

Highly secure building.
-Excellent management team, very helpful and treat tenants decently.
-Maintenance team available through the day and respond quickly as well.

Good and clean lobby with 8 lifts for convenient access, close to many department stores and near road to shopping centre, the units are kind of small and the management has odd requirements and has been consistently rude and condescending.

Worst experience !

In the beginning they told all tangent can use the gym, after some time new rule - gents can do workout only in the morning 6 am to 9:30 am & after 1 pm. Now again new rule no any gents can enter in the gym before 1 pm. ????u200d♂️ So now we need to find gym outside the tower for workout.

We have four flats & families here & we are not going to renew the contract.

They seems very strict for security but truth is that in the midnight any marketing guy can come to your flat & pass the marketing papers below the door. ????

All they care about is the outside view of the tower...
There is no air conditioning in the lobby, nor in the elevators either...
As for management, no one listens to complaints....
The worst customer service I have seen in my life..especially the girl called Rana... you can go and check for yourself...also the flats are very small ... The flats equipments are of very poor quality... Go and see for yourselves

The flats are ok. Who ever made the electricity in this building doesn’t know anything. Not enough sockets in the kitchen and even if you have sockets they’re mostly in the wrong corners of the flat. AC in the building is off the whole year even though it’s very hot. Saving money in this way is not ok at all! They are not even turning on the AC in the gym which makes it’s almost impossible to train. The fact that the gym is mostly dirty and not organized causing inconvenience as well. You only know about these details after you paid the rent. So think twice before renting!

Beautiful building in Ajman, the best part is the maintainance department, headed by the very efficient and smart person Mr Hassan and his team. Administration is equally nice.

It's a nice place... Nowadays it's open for rent and all.. most expensive rooms available there . But good areas and rooms have a lot of space..
Drinking water and having the rooms .
