Spacious rooms but not very clean

Problems with parking and water heater lots of owners don’t pay Maitenance fee; poor management

The area is very beautifully decorated and crowded with Posh shops but not very comfortable for family picnic
Sun set scenes are very attractive and spell bound

People are not Looking only The View of The Apartment , Investors Checking all of The Think _ The Aprtment Is Good But Not The Management Maintanance Services .. last 2 years All Lower floor Chilling Has Remove from management but They Didn’t fix It Again . When u come out from Apartment you never Feel like You’re on most luxurious Tower In Ajman _

They have to fix It and Make Sure the Proper Maintanance

Surprisingly a not nice building..wanted to rent an apartment there and was shocked. Old building, no maintenance. Ceiling open and leaking everywhere. The floors are dirty, the main entrance not inviting and most of the shops or stalls empty and not cleaned up. All in all it looks very messy, old and NOT maintained. I would say management doesn't care. In other countries I know such bldg. Would have been demolished already. Luckely I found a brand new, way cheaper apartment with a view on the sea, though not directly at the beachfront.

A brilliant piece of architecture by AQQAR, located in the Ajman Corniche. This is a very unique waterfront to enjoy life at its best. They are offering you Health clubs, Steam room, Sauna and Jacuzzi, Swimming Pool and relaxation area, Children play grounds and pavilion etc. etc

Not bad, they just need to allow more parking spots for big families and work more on apartment maintenance
