Whenever i enquire the rates, all the time the response is " the building is full, there is no studio, 1, 2 or 3BHK is vacant". Every time the response is same. I wonder if the Happy Home Realestate is having an office in the same building to rent apartment or disappoint enquiring people.

All things are very good there.. i am a resident in this building and i love it. So comfortable good view from balcony... All is great ????????????

From last 3 months, whever enquiry is done ... They are saying the apartment is full.

services they provide is very very pathetic ..they don't even care about customers complaints .I hope this comment will be seen by the owner .

It's a very economic residential tower for middle class with very cooperative management. But one in cleaners( I think the fat guy he might be senior of cleaners) in this building is very rude and misbehaving with residents.

There is no gym in this building! There is a space for gym but it’s empty!

Edit: 1 year later.. still no gym

Nice new rental apartments with covered parking and free chiller suitable for family residence with kids play area available, and multi purpose closed hall integrated and accessible from parking plus mosque
