A bunch of towers. Neatness in average. Rooms are not that so spacious. But ok.
A huge building needs more care and managing system to keep heighgene.
A professional gym is working in this building. Groceries and shops are available.

Ajman pearl towers are basically 10 buildings located on ajman corniche road. The various floor buildings have nice garden in sitting place between the buildings. Sufficient playing area for kids where multiple swings and slides are placed. Rates are fine. Security available separately for each building. Buildings have outside free parking as well as inside paid parking dedicated floors. Various grocery-shop, saloons, restaurants are close to the buildings.

They give a number that picks calls and doesn't give information about rentals on Saturday!!!

Despite complaining to the Security staff on A2 block multiple times; we are still greeted with this nasty sight on a daily basis due to which filthy cockroaches arise.

All the rides in the park are broken and not yet replaced. Kids are unable to play there. The lift doesn't work properly in B4 building. Once a lady got trapped and was rescued after 1 hour. She was exhausted and the maintenance guy said he doesn't care because he is not paid well. If it was a kid it would have died due to suffocation. Noone cares for that. The management should take immediate action so the tenants get what they paid for and the landlords should also be involved in this otherwise they won't be able to find tenants. It is already getting vacant because nearby buildings are new and the rents are very less compared to these towers and the most important is water leakage in walls. Every apartment and every room has that problem.

Very bad experience. Flat 1005 building A5. Even free don't take humidity is in all walls. Toilet is garbage. Owner won't do any thing for maninance.

I am staying this building for the last 3 years. 2BHK with 2 balconies (1150 sqft.). Rooms are small, but manageable. As it having split AC, their will be high electricity charges during summer. The best thing is, there is a walking area in the middle of the buildings.
