This is really unacceptable and unprofessional services you have. I just called the customer service and I am very disappointed with your system. This online thing keep delaying the connection of everything. In your system it’s shows it’s ready for delivery since this morning and the one on duty a Filipina said she will arranged it between 2 to 4, I waited, until it was past 4 and called. And found out that it was not arranged for delivery because of printing issue, if that’s the case they should informed me from morning so I should just deliver the original, now another day was wasted. This is not acceptable, I even talked to Irish to forwarded my call to the manager to complain and she cannot forward too. This issue should be highly noted especially the responsible person behind this complaint.
As I’m reading all the worst complaints here you online system is delaying the process and we are paying 42 dirhams for this worst system you have.
How many thousands of people are affected on your delaying system. And btw I’m logging my complaint on e service and it’s not working.

Service is very quick and enough counters. Most matter gets finished in 10 min. There is ample free parking. Token system. Also the staff's are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Worest service ever. The only answer am getting to sort out my issue is "Not possible", "We cannot" and when i asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, he is not available ... I really don't know what to do and to whom I have to speak. I didn't expect this from a government facility in Ajman. I cannot log an online complaint, so google map is my only way to raise my voice.
