The tailor's work not elegant, he ruined the dress while doing basic shortening work. Not having basic solutions to any idea for ulceration

A safe level cycle track, mostly the surface is very smooth and well maintained. Ideal if you have children and want a healthy fun day out. The views are spectacular from so many vantage points, Instow, Fremington, nature abounds everywhere too! I personally would rate higher than five stars!!!!

Fabulous easy and safe trekking and cycle path. For many miles on an old rail way tracks. Beautiful views.There are some bits which can get muddy on wet days.

Please be aware some cyclist do ride fast. Dog walkers and families with small children are frequent. There are areas where cattle and sheep are very close to the trail - advise for dog walkers.

A great walk, but be aware cyclist's use the trail as well. Most follow the curtesy code, but as usual there are those don't respect the code.
Dont let that put you off though. I forgot to mention, there is a pub called the Puffing Billy, which does food, there is an outside area with tables and benches.

Tranquil trail, which stretches much further than just the old railway line, in a large loop which can be tackled through a multi day hike.

Torrington cycle hire. Needed a e-bike, which they don't hire out. The owner's father kindly hired us his own e-bike.

We cycled from Puffing Billy to Barnstaple extremely beautiful area, it's criminal that they closed these railway lines in the 1960's depriving us of what would be stunning railway journeys today

Me and Chris Morris use this trail a lot as once u get to Bideford and past the scenery becomes much nicer,bridges ,rivers ect.

It's a place of outstanding natural beauty and a must for cyclists, walkers and nature lovers! I cycled from Barnstaple to about 3 miles past Gt Torrington! I hired a bike in Barnstaple Railway Station and they provide a 1st class service. What are you waiting for just do it. You will love it ????
