where do I begin (excuse the spelling errors I am dyslexic).... - the security is almost non existent - apparently you can only have a danger to life in the new stairwells - there is no CCTV in the car park. Everyone I speak with thinks the dome grey boxes on the ceilings are cameras well they are not they are light sensors - thats as secure as it gets. My colleague had her Catalytic Convertor stolen last week in broad daylight from her car parked on level 14 - we all know we park at our own risk they this car park is re-knowned yet do they install CCTV or have regular patrols do they heckers like.

They change service providers like the wind changes and when they do it takes them weeks to react to tell you which Parking App is now relevant. Of course the council always blame the provider or the change and take no responsibility for the inability to provide immediate comms of changes. The low concrete walls on certain space are virtually invisible - could they paint them with black and yellow stripes - no that would too helpful to customers trying to park in the tiny teeny spaces which probably reflect the size of a 1970s Ford Fiesta not an average modern 5 door.

Twice now they have had to carry out maintenace on the ramp from level 12 - do they communicate and when this is ongoing by doors and exists...of course not.
Lets make the assumption that this cark park is filled most days which as I often find myself on the top level this is a fair assumption - assuming again that most are there for a full day or space are vacated and reused then this means that 1200 space (Ive deducted 40 for all the cars that double park and the council take no action on) then LCC take about £9,600.00 per day lets assume that 345 days of the year this is full then from the £3,372,800 a year from this dire excuse of a car park is not deemed worthy of repairs?

Come on Leeds get your act together - we dont have effect mass transport system - they Northern Fail trains (3 cancelled today despite no strikes) you still need to provide safe and purposeful parking.

There is no way I would let me teenage daughter park her for a concert no way - I would insist she went to Manchester or Sheffield to see a gig as this arena car park is not safe.

Car got stolen from here 2 days ago. No CCTV, no guards, council aware it’s a problem with gangs scouring the car park and coming back at quiet times to take what they want. Use a steering lock/alarm/immobiliser.

Over priced disgusting establishment smells of urine. Very low ceiling keep scraping my pipe racking on my van. Cameras are located inside but with the easy access to get in. I still don’t feel my vehicle is secure

too tight, narrow and utterly confusing to navigate. good luck going round any of the sharp turns down the ramps in a car bigger than a mini

It's a place to park cars. You have to pay and it's on multiple levels. You could say it's a multi storey car park. Very busy after an event at the First Direct Arena, but it was full of cars so you'd expect that (the car park not the arena, that was full of people)

Tight parking and it can take ages to park at 0900 whilst you wait for those in front to park, but it always has space. Only just mastered the pay machines and don't trust the app.

Good place to park with central Leeds a 10min walk away. Parking charges is okay (compared to NCP) but could be cheaper.

Cheap (£6.50) for event nights at Leeds arena, not too far to walk and kinda easy to get into.
