Amazing Coustomer service. The Shopkeper is very kind and makes sure that we get all the things we want. Very hardworking and friendly. Amazing. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone close-by.

Strange place, tucked away between two shops, we walked straight past it the first time. Inside was clean and modern but there was difficulty in operating the toilets, which you have to pay to use. Going through the office, you exit to the rear of the building where the coaches will arrive and park up.

Very nice seating under covered area, easy to locate gate to change buses, very efficient, nice pastie/coffee shop next door to station, clean and safe

Pretty easy to get to, shame that customers have to literally “spend a few pennies” to use the toilet facilities, given you have bought a ticket to travel from there. However, I imagine they had to do that because people not using the coach station used it as a public convenience?
Otherwise a safe location, and friendly staff.

It's too small for a city like Plymouth.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Better ticket opening times would be helpful. Like a ghost town after 5.30.

This place is OK. It’s got a lot of comfortable seats to sit on even though they do get pretty cold. There is a basic tts voice every 10 minutes and it does get annoying at most.

But, it is average. Also be prepared for more Faro Reviews!

It was nearly 3am that morning as we dropped our daughter off to catch the coach to Heathrow. Lovely experience.

For a relatively new coach station it is very small. The place to sit to wait for the buses has no shelter at all but I understand that you can sit in the very small waiting room now

Clean and well organised. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice central location, with access to local shops, hotels and places to eat.
