Been to plenty of garages and looked at different cars. Ended up here and Mark was top notch. The car had a few issues with a couple of chips and a very small dent and we spoke about them. He assured me that they'd all be sorted by the time I picked the car up ? And true to his word, everything was done and the car looked and drove amazing! Everyone there was very helpful and patient, thanks guys ????

We bought immaculate car from Mark Wright Motors. Having never purchased a car without physically looking at it we were nervous, however, it looked great online and with national delivery thought we would give it a try. The service was friendly, helpful and efficient. Our car was delivered on time and spotless! The car was really reasonably priced and in great condition. I would highly recommend :)

I had a really great experience getting my first car here! Mark was a great help to start and very professional, never misleading, very transparent and down to earth. A huge thank you to Adam who made the process very easy, he was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions quickly! Nothing was too much trouble for Adam. Really friendly and ‘normal’ approach which made the whole process positive for me. Thank you again - would highly recommend! A team of people who provide what they offer and take pride in it too. Not just after a quick sale.

Great service from start to finish purchasing my dream car. Adam was efficient, friendly and kept in touch constantly, nothing was too much trouble. Paul delivered my car safely and talked me through a few details I needed to know. Easiest purchase I’ve ever made. My partner purchased a Seat Leon sports tourer from Wrights Motors a couple of months ago and I have to say we have been highly delighted with both the car purchased and customer service experience. On initial viewing of car Mark pointed out a couple of minor issues (small chips to bonnet and tyre needed replacing) and assured us these would be fixed prior to collection if we were to proceed purchase , so we took the plunge immediately and purchased the car. True to his word the issues were indeed rectified prior to collection. The car looked immaculate inside and out and it drove amazingly. The cherry on top was how reasonably priced the purchase price was. Having now done 6,000miles in a matter of a few months the car is still a complete joy to drive. We will be making Wrights Motors our first port of call when next looking to purchase any subsequent vehicles, and would, without hesitation, highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good quality, reasonably priced vehicles from a trustworthy and honest car sales/garage.

Thanks to Mark for a very easy sale, the car was in excellent condition and looked like new inside and out. Delivery was also very easily arranged and fairly priced.

Throughout the purchase process Mark was open and honest around his sale process and how he prepared the cars for sale to ensure we were completely confident in the vehicle and sent multiple videos to ensure everything was covered.

A minor issue with one of the keys was discovered on delivery, Mark was extremely apologetic and quick to rectify this to our satisfaction and arranged for a new blade to be fitted and returned to us within 5 days.

Both of us are very happy with the car and have every confidence that it will give many years of service. I would happily buy another car from Mark on the basis of this transaction and will certainly look at his website when I am looking to change cars as well as recommend him to others I know.

Extremely impressed with my experience at Wrights. Being a first time car buyer, I went to Wrights to browse (with the help of my dad who has also bought cars from Mark in the past and says he’ll continue to) and found a beautiful A1, in great condition and priced very reasonably. My dad and I were able to speak with Mark directly, which was a completely honest conversation about the car, and I felt comfortable explaining my doubts (and maybe fears!) of purchasing a car for the first time. I felt that the whole process was well explained, and always felt in safe hands with the information Mark and his team were providing me with. Thank you so much to all the guys at Wrights, have had my car since the end of Feb and have never felt safer on the road ????

Purchased a car many years ago from Mark and received great service now more than 20 years later paid there showroom at Downham market a visit and Purchased a new vehicle after speaking to Adam on sales late one evening very professional and nothing was to much trouble . We bought the car before it had been through their workshop and collected the car 2 weeks later on arrival and seeing the car they had brought the vehicle up to a stunning finish . I accidentally scratched the vehicle and spoke to Adam he said to take the vehicle back on Sunday and they would see wot they could do even tho it was my fault Adam worked his magic and totally free of charge . Wrights moters I will now use not only for sales but all my service needs . Top guys many thanks .
