Worst taxi journey in many years of world travel. Car did not arrive in allotted time, after 35 mins waiting in the cold, and another call by me asking where he was the driver came in dirty, unmarked and uncomfortable car. Could see no cab registration. Had to ask driver to get off his phone and help put my bag in the boot, no greeting or explanation for lateness. Continued to use mobile phone (not hands free) while driving. Tried to drop off at wrong destination and charge more than was quoted. TERRIBLE

I was stuck at East Surrey hospital after escorting one of my care gome residents there. Not a single can service picked up except this one. Lovely driver, perfect driving and got back safe and sound

Fantastic service, there and back! Our plane was over three hours late and Arslan was very accommodating, making sure we got home after a long day at the airport! Would definitely recommend.
