Absolutely brilliant after my husband had a nasty puncture wound from falling on some tractor forks. In and out within an hour and the lovely Sarah sorted him out super-efficiently with a few stitches and some antibiotics. 11/10 and heartfelt thanks!

Broken wrist, arrived at 4pm on Friday. Every member of staff I encountered were so kind and professional. Xray even stayed open late to check the cast was on ok. I'm humbled by their dedication and care, you're stars !

Had gallbladder surgery on Sunday every single member of staff was fantastic, my nurse was so lovley. They all made me comfortable and at ease as I was so nervous and stressed, a massive thankyou to you all for looking after me and getting me through it.

I have no bad review for the rest of the hospital because they were all helpful and reall friendly . My bad review is for a woman called Steph who works in the cafe there I have been in this morning whilst waiting for a patient . Rude is an understatement she shouldn’t be working in a public role serving customers .. no please or thankyou , face like a fiddle and an attitude that spoke volumes … if you don’t want to be at work I suggest giving up the job and give someone a chance that actually wants it. She snapped at me and also the staff that were behind me . If it wasn’t for the other lady that worked there taking over from her I would have walked out. Terrible customer service .

I'm sorry I was mix up with Kidderminster treatment center which is on Waterloo st. Very bad experience.
But Kidderminster hospital is the best hospital in the world, I being a lot of time there for myself and for other people and I got best treatment best service in very quick time. Doctor and nurse are really friendly. I love this hospital that much that my dream is I wanted to do something for this hospital before I die.

Went A & E on a Friday afternoon lady who fixed me up was called Sarah she was absolutely brilliant lady sorted my leg out so helpful and nice top top lady very thorougher check everything

The service received was superb from the lady on the reception desk, to the nurse who took my bloods. There was a delay with taking the bloods, due to an issue with the computers, but this was not the fault of the staff.

The only negative comment is the cost of parking, which is a bit expensive in this current climate, especially if you have no choice but to pay it. I think anyone using a hospital shouldn't have to pay for parking, as they have enough to deal with.

However, I understand there are fees needed to maintain the parking, but feel the fee of £3 for 1 hour, should be reduced.
