Five stars for the passport renewal service here. Very quick and easy. Just take your old passport, know your phone number and email address and have the means of paying. Everything else is done for you, including the photo. I had my new passport through thirteen days later! I would definitely recommend this service.

Children's passport renewal: I made an appt for both my children's passport renewals to be done by the digital track & send option, very professional and friendly service from start to finish, made my children (12 & 9yrs) feel very comfortable. The application was done very efficiently, would highly recommend this Post Offices passport renewal service. Thank you to Jackie for looking after us ????❤️

Excellent service from the staff at this Post Office in dealing with our passport renewals. I applied late on Wednesday afternoon and had my new passport delivered the very next Monday. My wife also used this branch between Christmas and New Year for the same purpose, had hers back first week of January. The staff here know what they are doing when it comes to ensuring everything is exactly as the Passport Office require.

5 star experience.
Both My Wife and I needed to renew our driving licences, and I needed a new passport.
The process was seamless throughout, with no issues whatsoever.
I will recommend to everyone!

Wonderful people who run this post office. After a very stressful experience in the Barnsley town centre branch the lovely lady dealt with my driving licence renewal in minutes. Very friendly would definitely recommend

Went to this post office today to apply for a new passport (on the advice of my brother who made his passport application there) and was very pleased with the excellent service. The lady who completed my application had clearly made many such applications and was very knowledgable and pleasant. The process only took about ten minutes and my only dissappointment was in relation to the photo but as the lady said, "you can only work with the material you are given"! Great service - I can thoroughly recommend.
