App barely worked. Then when I went downstairs to get my taxi to my important appointment, the driver cancelled on me and no one else was accepting. Missed my appointment

Excellent service, very helpful the lady at the phone and punctual and friendly driver.

I ordered 3 taxis to pick up from a friends house at 3am on the 1/1/23 to which at 3.01 all 3 were cancelled - bearing in mind I booked these a week before needing them you would think it would of been nice to have a little more notice that they were to be cancelled. No one was on call to arrange anything else - we then spent an hour trying to find another taxi who would be able to pick 12 of us up. Eventually spoke to Gary’s taxi who manage to get us home. Will not be using this service again.

Do not use the app. We accepted a quote from the app and booked the taxi. A driver was allocated and contacted us to tell us our fee had gone from £12 -£30. We had already spoke to other taxi firms and the going rate for the same journey was £10-20. We cancelled the booking then received a string of unpleasant text messages from the driver. We have reported them to trading standards.

Ordered taxis via the app. No acknowledgment & just got a cancellation notice at the point they were supposed to arrive. Phone number listed just rings out. The website shows the 2023 entry. They clearly aren’t trading or looking for actual customers. DO NOT USE
