An extremely comfortable bed with all you expect from a premier room. It was good to see guests encouraged to recycle rather than just put things in the bin. Room was a good temperature.
Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice.
Staff welcoming and efficient.

This was the best Premier Inn we have stayed at. The staff were very professional and friendly, the room clean and comfortable and the full English breakfast again one of the best. In addition the attached Gatwick Manor pub was very good and well worth a visit.

Very clean, quiet and everything needed for an overnight stay. Very comfortable and close to Gatwick.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Didn't have breakfast but all you can eat and drink for 11.99 is a superb price..

It’s a nice PremierInn. Normally good staff too. Very comfortable when staying in colder times. Came here in April and it was okay. But I am staying here now (June) and I am literally getting cooked in my room. I lived in hot countries previously and this is just some next level of heat in the room. I get a bad sleep here. There is no AC, window can be opened only a little and there is a noisy fan they give you which you cannot sleep without. Outside temperature is only 24C and it is real bad. Had to stay outside just because it’s cooler than in the room. I’d recommend to stay in a hotel with AC when it’s that warm.

Pretty much your typical Premier Inn with one outstanding exception. The accessible rooms are large, the bed very comfortable the rooms were updated and maintained. The accessible room I had could use a side table by the arm chair to set phone, book, tea, etc on The outstanding exception to this property is the morning breakfast and kitchen staff. Food and service where outstanding done to perfection across the whole range of cooked foods. The kitchen staff is highly competent and breakfast room service excellent.

By far the best premier inn i have stopped in for a long while. I do a lot of travelling and I use premier inn a lot, but when I’m the area I always choose this one. Staff are friendly and the rooms are spotless, the breakfast always seems to be better than other premier inns with the exception of one I stay stop at in Wales. See you again very soon!!

This was difficult to find at 3am in the morning in the dark after our flight but the staff were really helpful and got us to the hotel.
There was only 1 towel in the room too so me and my husband had to share!
Room was very clean.

Rooms are big and comfortable, love the beds, always have a good sleep. Big bath and lovely shower. I think they have recently been refurbished.
Good location for Gatwick.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast, no mushroom's, no tomato's and the sausages have shrunk.. but was still ok, and the breakfast room opens early which is good.
Would definitely stay here again if flying from Gatwick.
