Occasionally I order to this supermarket but I think this would be the last time. It was so disappointing that every time I order, It will took 1 1/2 hours to receive my order. The items was not accurate as what I've mentioned. Also the customer care/service was very rude and unprofessional. Poor management and hygiene. Overall,not recommended.

All grocery and vegitable, bakery, Fish and Meats available here.
Good service minded staff.
Delivery available.
Spices seperated section available.
You may get needed quantity. Good price, good service.
Helping minded staffs.
Offer available on weakend days.

You can find most of your needs but,
Many times i noticed expiry dates for juices, milks and yogurt.. Everytime i show them but again i find expiry dates.
They don't add prices under everything.
Like ice creams and frozen food. So everytime has to ask.
Some items higher prices than other Groceries and super markets. Special the one which has no price label.
I like nuts area.
Parking available.
It is Not 24Hours

Good place for quick Shopping visits and has good offers on selected items , they also have free home delivery for nearby places ai they're covering the area.. very friendly staff and cooperative.. at the entrance there's a Machine for topping up and recharging Salik, Etisalat , du and iTunes. Recommended

It's quite nice but it's not 24 hours open as advertised, they close at 1 am or earlier than that

The customer care is so on point and the place is quiet organised and super clean. BASICALLY , AL MISBAH HYPERMARKET IS A BIG THREAT TO MY HARD EARNED DIRHAMS.
