Very bad service from this company!! Ordered water almost a month now, no delivery and now no longer pick my calls. Very bad and please do not buy from them!!! Now am stuck with their bottles... they should come and just get them and we close off the account.

None of the lines work. The main number doesn't work nor do the delivery numbers work. I've purchased vouchers but nobody is answering calls.

Very bad service, arrogant delivery peoples, we used to buy approx. 50 bottle's per month from this company. because of the delivery peoples behavior and the low quality of the products now we stopped their services. please avoid them.
Al Moaserat please give a proper training to your employees. or else its difficult to survive in this market.

Very bad response. Do not buy this water, very poor delivery and no one will answer your calls. I have already called them 15 times and sent WhatsApp also, finally arrange a bottle from the nearest grocery. Still not get any reply from them, they supposed to deliver the water yesterday

Their delivery guy in Marina gave me voucher booklet for AED 175/-. After that no one has come from last 2 months to deliver the water. The guy who gave the voucher has left the company but the Company did not provide any replacement for delivery of water. Had to follow up really hard for 2-3 weeks to get the water delivered.

Very very poor customer service.

VERY VERY VEERRRRRYYYY BAD SERVICE! ???????????? IF I COULD RATE THEM NEGATIVE STAR, I WOULD HAVE DONE IT. DO NOT BUY WATER FROM THEM. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DELIVERY WATER LAST SUNDAY, 4 DAYS AFTER, STILL NO DELIVERY! THEY HAVE TRANSFERRED ME FROM ONE SALES PERSON TO ANOTHER. I CALLED 5 NUMBERS PLUS THE OFFICE NUMBER TO COMPLAIN BUT TO NO AVAIL. THEY KEEP ON PROMISING “DELIVERY TOMORROW”, BUT TILL NOW, NOTHING!!! AND NOW, NOBODY IS ANSWERING MY CALLS! I WANT MY VOUCHER COUPONS REFUNDED! NEGATIVE STAR!!! ????????????
