Is quite sad to know these guys are doctors who once vowed to help and serve.
They call everything a virus and brush you away and advicing to take paracetamol.
Guess what? What I had was a bacterial infection, Honestly, is not hard to tell the differencr and even a bloodtest sample can tell you. Yet they do nothing.

Been with Longrigg for a fair few years. Reading others reviews. I’m confused at your outcomes. I’ve been in pain for 2 weeks and when I’ve needed a Doctor they’ve contacted me the next day. The way I do this is via the NHS App. I then fill in what’s wrong with me etc they give a time frame of when they’ll call and so far it’s been well before the time specified. Any prescriptions given are sent straight to the pharmacy. So all I need to do is go pick it up. It saves me time by not having to actually go. Plus the app allows you to request repeat prescriptions. See what you’ve had in the past etc.

I do not feel at ease or reassured by this surgery , everyone time I’ve spoken to reception , they never know what is going on with your prescription or health , or they do not kindly sympathise with you as a patient or your situation , when I attend the reception are unprofessional in the background laughing and chatting when you have poorly people sitting there waiting, it’s not a very welcoming manor.

Well after waiting for a phone appointment today 16.2.23 I phoned surgery to say I have not received a call to be told the doctor has called 5 times,so with and ongoing problem since November and to be told off the nurse on the 14.2.23 I'm a walking time bomb with my blood pressure phones up surgery to sort out an appointment to be told none, Well I have informed my family if anything happens to me I hold longrigg surgery fully responsible this service is a joke

So pleased I'm leaving this surgery. Having to ring up at 8am to try and fight for an appointment then to be told nothing left and call tomorrow morning is a shambles. When you do finally get appointment it's 2 to 3 weeks later. Never again !!

The doctors and the staff here have always been very helpful.. Very friendly and professional.
I was shocked a
couple of weeks ago to see how the staff were spoken to by an unhappy patient.. They
do there best in my
experience and don't get paid enough to take abuse

Terrible service. Been trying to get an appointment for a fit note for weeks. They change the time they are released everyday. They refuse to acknowledge that my medication makes me sleep past there 7am appointment times. Disgusting telephone etiquette. I'm ashamed to call this my doctors
