I used to live here i loved it amazing people and only one problem a little bit of bugs but I honestly loved it thank you owais building

They don’t deserve 1 star even worst maintenance always has an issue with AC. Now am staying for 2 days without AC in June they didn’t fix it and then they stopped answering my calls
Not recommended at all most of the people are leaving the building

AMAZING BUILDING, but please make the fire alarm calm down and not go on every 5 minutes

A lovely place to live in Ajman good view and very spacious apartments, good maintenance and on time. Friendly staff walking distance to the sea and has a lot of services under the building.

Rent is high compared to other towers ????. Fire alarm go on all the time and not fixed.
