I go there everyday I love all the workers they’ve known me since I was a kid and I love going there but the owner sometimes is abit insolent as I got made fun of by him once for not counting my coins correctly but I’m dyslexic

Absolutely shocking experience last week when I came to pick up a parcel left there by DPD. The store employee first told me my parcel wasn't there and asked me to move aside and let 10 customers go in front of me despite the fact I am 7 months pregnant. Miracle, he then found the parcel which he claimed wasn't there!
But then he refused to hand it to me because of a printing error on the label although he'd seen all the proof he needed. It took an hour and a half and a phone call to the head office of DPD to convince him to hand me my parcel. Appalling customer service, no apology, no compassion.
Formal complains have been made to DPD and Royal Mail.

I usually collect my parcel from mace as i work 6 days, very friendly staff and never had a single problem

Located next to The Leeds Rifleman pub, Oatlands News (Mace) 4 Carlton Parade, has very friendly staff in this very clean and modern looking store. They offer fresh homemade foods, fresh, and frozen foods, world foods, paypoint, lottery, a free (ATM) cash machine, newspapers and magazines, great offers on drinks and chocolates. All round, a great store to shop at.
