The one issue I have here is getting through on the phone, that is because they are very popular. Food is good, staff do their job but could do with being abit more cheerful.

Won't be going back. We've been before and decided to give it another go. However, we had a few issues and feel like we wasted our money. We had ordered the singapore noodles which came with a dry lump of curry powder in the bottom. We also had a house chow mein which we wasted because the noodles were dry, hard, and uncooked, plus the chicken was so pale it put my partner off from trying it. The egg fried rice was nice and the sweet and sour chicken balls were okay, but for a takeaway of nearly £50 we were left feeling very disappointed.

Ordered twice now and the food was delicious and exceptional !! Very happy with the fresh tasting dishes and piping hot on arrival too. Food arrived on time and friendly delivery driver. Thanks New Island !! Awesome ???? ????

Fantastic food if are familiar with Chinese takeaways. Prawn crackers were super thin and wonderfully light. Crispy shredded beef shattered like glass and the sauce was delicious. The mixed veg chow mein was smoky and the veg was crunchy and tasty without being raw. The chicken balls are juicy and tender and the batter is sumptuous. It was just what I needed and I got just what I expected. Great.

Ordered for collection and got told that it would be a 40 minute wait, and that I would be called when it was nearly ready. Less than 20 minutes and I was called to say it was 10 minutes away so thumbs up for speed.

Price was fine, both staff were lovely.

The food however was very, very average. Cheap, stodgey, flavourless food that didn't feel fresh ~ the best I could describe it as is "grey food". Feel sick after eating half my meal and giving up. Sadly won't use again.
