Great choice of frames to suit all budgets. Great customer service. Clean Comfortable environment. I've been coming to this branch for quite a few years and I have always felt valued.

Superb opticians who listen to my concerns and give advice and information. I always have the photo of the back of my eye taken, not expensive and if you do it regularly, you can always have a reference to look back on, shiuld things change.
Staff are always polite, friendly and thorough!

It took me a long time to find some glasses I wanted (I'm too picky) I finally found some and had an issue with one of the pairs. I spoke to Ben who was incredibly helpful and made some slight adjustments, explained the issue (they seemed too strong... but we're the perfect perscription) I couldn't recommend enough

Very happy with how i was dealt with, Julie, who did my eye test , and sorted my frames with me, was very professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her, lovely lady.

Amazing service everytime, would not go anywhere else staff so friendly and helpful. Alway recieve great care from all the optometrist as under the hospitial for eye related problem that they found in my visit to store. Cant thank them enough. Love my new glasses ❤️ ????

Don't go!!!! Friendly enough but just want to sell you glasses, had new prescription, Frames, had to take them back as worse as current ones, went to another opticians, Specsavers prescription totally wrong!!! Whilst waiting other users had similar issues and frames not fitting. Would not recommend at all

We needed to go ,last time was 4yeats ago before COVID, the staff are really nice this time, the lady optician that looked at my eyes was really lovely, she didn't rush, was interested in what I had to say and my concerns if I get the chance I would definitely have her to look at my eyes again. Would recommend that you give them a visit while they have thie staff at the moment,
