Had a MOT booked here but when I turned up they didn’t have a MOT person on that day, no apology or a courtesy phone call because there was no number on the booking even tho they had my lease company name and my registration number and I’m sure they always ask for phone numbers. I’m a reasonable person and I understand when mistakes are made but to blame me the customer just shows how unprofessional they are.

My visit and customer experience were simply outstanding, especially because of Stuart and the receptionists. The level of customer service truly amazed me. I highly recommend this place on any level, indeed it will be my go-to place for all my needs. Thank you for being so professional, welcoming, friendly, and, above all, helpful and honest.

Super helpful service when the power steering packed it in on my mother in laws Vauxhill SUV. Rang around several places to source parts.
Couldn't be happier with the service received.

Good service but rude staff.
I went a month ago to fix an issue with my exhaust. They told me that my car had some other technical issues that needed to be fixed but they weren't an emergency.
I have called them a month later because I couldn't understand what they told me last time. I'm a immigrant that moved to Scotland just 3 years ago and I just don't have a good mechanical vocabulary. When I call them I still don't have a clue about what my car issues are so I ask them to just send me a copy or something written down. It's just easier for me to just translate it. They guy tells me that he can't send me anything, he just can tell me with words. Keep repeating the issues over the phone and surprise, I still don't understand them. He finally ends the conversation saying that he can't deal with my "broken English".
Totally lack of sympathy by this member of the staff. I'm just working for the same country and I deserve some respect. A little effort by your side would be amazing, I don't have to deal with your discrimination.

Used for the first time for a major service and MOT. Very pleased with the service and cost . It also took just a couple of hours. Front of house staff were welcoming and friendly. Will use again.

Booked a coolant flush and change in our old1988 Hymer Merc. Very easy booking and prompt service. Best of all, the guy who seemed to be in charge, Was such a decent, helpful and stand up fellow. Can't thank him enough. Would definitely come back for other work in the future based in this encounter. Really nice guy.
