My movie didn’t have subtitles/closed caption. The seat was comfortable, the sound was good, screen was easily visible. The theatre was easy to find and inside, someone scanned the ticket and let you know where to go. The movie ticket was affordable. Overall, a good experience :)

Great cinema. The staff were very helpful guiding us through seating etc for the film we wanted. I loved sitting in a sofa at the cinema, very comfy. Films tickets were a good price as were the drinks.

Personally the coffee I had wasn't the best, I had a standard white coffee but it tasted mostly of milk and nothing else, that is the only thing that they could improve (imo,)

Went to watch Avatar the way of Water in 3D, the seats were nice and comfy (rocker seats ????) the place was clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Great experience ????

Absolutely fantastic cinema! Went today for the parent and baby screening, the staff were lovely and helped carry my popcorn and drinks in while I pushed my pram in! The seats were super comfy and reclined! Will definitely be going again!!

Visited the cinema last night for the first time with my husband and daughter to watch the John Wick Film, as far as cinema itself, spot on, clean, audio amazing, spacious, no faults with the cinema itself at all. Staff was the thing that let it down and in turn ruined out night as a family and made me miss a good 1/4 of the film. When we arrived we queued for hot dogs, when we got to the till the lady on said they had all gone, she got the manager and he said he would happily put some more on, but would need to come back in 15 mins, we all went and got our seats, filmed started and I came out to get the hotdogs, the same lady said they was still cooking to come back in a further 15 mins which took it too 8.30, I came back out at 8.30, to a massive queue, the same lady looked at me and said I would need to queue but not to worry our hot dogs were out the back, i queued for 12 minutes when I got to the front the same lady looked right at me and said “oh sorry there all sold”, I thought she was having a joke with me as had wasted already 40 minutes of the film, she had clearly lied when she said they were out the back, I found the manager and he too was annoyed as she had said to put them aside , I can’t fault the manager as he put some more on and even fetched them to our seats when was ready, but the fact the lady was clearly having one big joke at our expense ruined the night she spent more time chatting and flirting with 2 guys in front, then dealing with the situation at hand, just asked me to return to my seat, like I said the cinema itself is brilliant but the staff defiantly need a refresher course especially in customer service skills.

Then after the film we attempted to talk to a member of staff about what had happened he started to listen then mid conversation just literally walked off, gobsmacked wasn’t the word, I couldn’t even write this if I tried ????????

8/7/23 My grandson had a afternoon to watch the new spiderman movie with 8 of his friends. Everyone enjoyed there experience especially the reclining chairs. Just would like to make a special thank you to the 2 young men and young girl that helped us out as my younger grandson was sick. They were so nice and understanding. Deepest apologies again for the mess he made. You are all stars thanks again.

Cant beat the Savoy for comfort. No matter which seats you go for there all comfortable and the same price!! Cinema treats are reasonably priced too. The only cinema i dont mind buying the snacks in!!

For a city centre cinema, this place really does pack a lot into a small space!

Have visited a few times over the last year or so, and service has been excellent each time. Staff are friendly and courteous, do their best to ensure you have a good experience, though could do a little more to prevent idiots spoiling screenings (happened on our first visit). Despite this, the facilities are comfortable and well appointed, whilst prices are fantastic value for what is provided.

Only a few screens available, but Savoy manage to squeeze in every ounce of entertainment you’d expect of a much larger venue. The seating is comfortable, with at least 3 different options available - fully reclining seats towards the front of screens, a handful of 2-seater couches for couples/extra space, and the majority of screens being “rocker” mild-recliners.

The usual snack offerings of popcorn, bagged snacks, hotdogs, and a variety of drinks are on offer at the entry desk. These can be purchased individually or within a small set of combo boxes at fairly reasonable prices.
