Stuart is a fantastic massage therapist. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and is a great communicator. I’ve been seeing Stuart for massages regularly, and without question, I feel much better for it. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Myself and my partner have each been having sports massage appointments with Stuart for several months now and we don't have a single bad thing between us to say about the experience.

The consultation in the initial appointment allowed Stuart to find out some background and any known issues and tailor the treatment to help resolve these.
Since then, at the beginning of each appointment he has done a quick check-up to see how the muscles have been feeling.
Stuart is very considerate and descriptive in everything he does, explaining why he is doing what he is doing and also checking to make sure you still feel comfortable at all times; this obviously also extends to him leaving you to get changed and ready on the massage bed at the beginning of the session and giving you time to get dressed at the end, at your own pace. He also provides water and a calming environment for the massage, with an appropriate temperature when the weather is either warm or cold outside. If you do begin to feel cramp or pain he stops immediately and only proceeds when you are ready.
The hour appointment goes by in a flash as Stuart is so interesting to talk with about many topics.
After the treatment, he goes through care and recommendations as to when to start exercising again to best let the body recover. He also promotes self-care after exercising through the use of acupressure massage balls and foam rollers.
The quality of the treatment is fantastic and accordingly not cheap, but you won't be forced into appointments just for the sake of it.

Sports massages with Stuart are definitely to be recommended if you have any particular issues or just general everyday annoyances from exercise and will help your body recover much better.

Stuart provides insightful advice and guidance as well as addresing any aches and pains that I might have encountered when training. He is a careful listener and takes into account my exercise regime, understands my goals and helps me learn more about how to manage my day to day activities. I feel totally relaxed and comfortable in a trusting environment, even if sometimes there is some deep tissue work to be done. Visiting WMT has had a fantastic impact on my health and well-being, and played an important part in keeping my healthy living progress on track. I recommend Stuart without reservation or hesitation. His mix of styles of massage - and particularly the introduction of the hot stones - has been hugely beneficial to me.

Stuart is a fantastic massage therapist. Extremely knowledgeable and tailors his treatments to the individual he is treating in regards to their needs and preferences. I am a local Chiropractor and not only do I see Stuart myself on a regular basis, I recommend him to any of my patients who are seeking or in need of sports or deep tissue massage as part of their care.

Stuart is very professional and during the first few minutes of my initial appointment he made me feel at ease. I needed relief of shoulder and arm muscular pain brought on by heavy lifting when relaying paving slabs. Stuart got right to the heart of the problem and cured it. Fortunately I had gone for therapy rather than relaxation, as it was a case of 'no pain, no gain' and the massage was thorough - and successful. I have had further appointments with Stuart and am very satisfied with his excellent therapy.

I've been visiting Stuart for just over a year now and he is without a doubt the best massage therapist I've ever come across! In addition to being highly qualified, knowledgeable and extremely professional, he puts 100% energy into every session so his massages are just amazing. Furthermore he's a thoroughly top bloke to boot!

Just the very best back treatment - and knowledge from Stuart. I'm a touring musician and lifting heavy gear each night caused a recurrence of very tight/sore lower back muscles. Staying overnight in Worcester, I found Stuart who saw me at very short notice.
He identified the source of my problem - actually very tight/fatigued calf muscles (!) and worked that area; result: back soreness disappeared and I could move freely and painlessly for the rest of a gruelling tour!
I can totally recommend Stuart - whose manner offers reassurance to those concerned about a massage experience, and whose knowledge of how our muscles and bodies work is first-rate. He also offered great advice going forward (yoga and Chiro) which I am taking up.
A really nice dude also - just wish he were more local to me! THANKS STUART, you legend!!

First time having a deep tissue massage after recommendation from doctor following on from persistent pain and endless pain killers. Stuart made me feel at ease and comfortable explaining every step and process so clearly I actually understood my pain and it’s origins. Very impressed and look forward to my next session
