Worst service, never delivered at time you have to call several time for 3 to days for them to deliver. Even the mangers dont respond to you calls or reply on official wats app number. You end up purchasing from outside. Go with another company instead.

Worst experience. Once you done with the payment, they provide you with the worst service. Doesn’t say about the service at the beginning. Rude customer service agent ,Doesn’t want to here customer complaint . Plz don’t buy water from this company.

I asked for them to deliver water every two weeks, and instead they told me to inform them a day before. They were consistently late in refilling my water. When I shifted I made sure to inform the salesman ahead of time and he said to inform me once I shifted. My new area was out of his scope of customers so instead of telling me he cannot fulfill my delivery and find another company, he kept delaying and giving all kinds of excuses.

Now when I called the office to retrieve those bottles because I don’t want them anymore, the agent simply says ‘this is Ajman office, we have nothing to do with Dubai’ okay then sir!!! You provide me with a number I can contact so I can return these bottles.

TLDR; Delayed delivery, bad customer service, and the product isn’t even worth this much hassle. Never again.

Oh and my deposit is still not returned!! I want my deposit back!!!

Very bad service one they take money after they didn’t pick calls and we’re waiting for three days to respond us .
