Our company has been dealing with furniture companies for a long time but this is the first time we had an experience where the beds specifically the detachable beds were of low quality. It was bought recently and it keeps getting broken since the metal is a bit thin specifically on the middle part. I ask for an action but as mentioned they do not provide warranty not replacement specially if not locally made. I have other companies and it takes a very long time before the bed bunk gets broken or sometime not even. Good thing we didn't attached both beds and no major accident happened. I just feel bad we made a wrong decision to try a new company. We might just sell all the beds and buy better beds from our old company.
