It is disgraceful that it has no access for disabled people, especially in this day and age! I spoke to the gentleman there, and he was rude and not helpful at all. He never offered to carry my luggage down or my mother’s, while I was to help her down the stairs. Instead he watched me struggle with all our luggage and my mother. Disgraceful!!!
