Living in this building from last year... this building does not have good maintaince system... staff and Supervisor are not supportive enough. we have to run after them and after several complains and calls they appear to fix the issue.

Very poor maintenance you have to keep following up for months and no one responds. Almost the whole building has AC and seepage issues.

Used for the monthly meetings of the Scottish Steel Guitar Workshop. Absolutely fit for our purpose and the caretaking staff are very helpful and friendly.

Not really fit for purpose anymore with the rate at which the village is expanding but it will have to do until it’s replaced or accompanied by something better.
