The London Visitor Centre is definitely a place you should stop by and visit, especially if you are an international tourist. Neil and his family were so accommodating to me. They were just kind people. They ensured that I was accommodated and really made my visit an awesome one. Further, the gifts I bought from the store were of excellent quality. My sons loved the Oxford University sweatshirts. Everyone loved their gifts. It’s highly recommended that you visit the London Visitor Centre.

Fantastic experience with this company!
We had family visiting London for the first time for only one day so were stuck and overwhelmed with what to show/do with them until Neil saved the day! He took all the stress of planning away and had thought of every little detail to make the day run as smooth as possible.
Booking was so quick and effortless. The Big Bus Tour with river boat cruise recommended was simply perfect for us and will always be a great day to remember :)

My girlfriend and I were looking for a day trip/tour of London. Neil was a tremendous help, he asked us what we were looking for and tailored a day trip to our interests. In addition he later contacted us to offer great restaurant and evening entertainment options too! We had a wonderful time thanks to his help and can definitely recommend his services to anyone visiting London!

As a first time visit to London and With so many options available, it can get a bit overwhelming and confusing place to be at. But thanks to Neil for all the help, he definitely knows places and was super kind enough to help plan my day. - Highly recommend!

Neil and his family have always been my go to for currency exchange for the last 10 years, best rates and best customer service. They are reliable and responsive.
Neil knows London like the back of his hand so if you’re looking for date night options, I would recommend checking out what London day tripz have to offer. My wife and I really enjoyed the theatre, Lion King is a must see, brilliant show!

Kiren and Neil were wonderful hosts and very helpful to me and my sister. They gave us all the important tips and advice for navigating London. Their store has a wide selection of souvenirs and travel necessities and we got our bus tour tickets there as well. If you are ever in Bayswater area, make sure to visit them!

This is a wonderful store to buy souvenirs and the owners go out of their way to be hospitable. The owner, Kiran, helped find some nice hats and a magnet. I also wanted a football jersey for my son, but none of the stores near my hotel had them and I didn't have time to go to a sports shop to buy one. Neil, the owner's son, was so sweet. He helped me look up styles online and then took my son's size and picked a jersey up for him from one of the sporting good stores. He delivered it to my hotel the next day. Talk about amazing customer service. He didn't need to help me out as his store was not profiting from this purchase. He and his mom just wanted to help me out as they saw I was pressed for time. I sent my colleagues there the next day to buy souvenirs too.
