Wow! apologies to other information centres but for us we feel this is the best ever visited. Set in an attractive historic building with character it's well laid out, clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly helpful and interested. There is the best range of leaflets on both local and national places of interest as well as special interest parts. The Heritage part adds character and a pleasant stay capturing local interest. Well Well worth popping in. Feels more like tourist information centres used to be. 5*++

Very small museum within the tourist information centre. Only took about 20 mins to look around but was interesting to find out the history of the town. Free entry so worth a look if you are in the area.

A very interesting and informative place, well worth a visit. Staff are very helpful and seem genuinely interested in the history of the local area.
To be honest I only visited because of the appearance of the building itself. Which can only be seen in the distance of one photo. The photographs were taken originally to be uploaded to ‘replace’ the Google photos of St Andrews Square which is much more interesting than the recycling bins they show. I particularly liked the pieces of modern sculpture included in many of the buildings. Well worth a little more awareness as you walk through the shopping area.

Very welcoming and amazing range of local and UK wide information, best we have seen in our 3 years of travels and many TICs. Good well labelled exhibits tracing history of links with salt and wireless with the surviving bits from the famous Droitwich transmitters. Well worth a visit. Start of very interesting walking tour map.

Very disappointed by the attitude of a member of staff today, very rude. Popped in to buy some local gifts to send abroad for christmas only to be told i couldn't buy anything because she had cashed up. It was 1.20pm and they don't close until 1.30pm. Told they were open until 4pm in the week. Not helpful when I work and so do many others until 6pm!! Disgraceful attitude, took my money else where.

It is a great place with lots of info about Droitwich and surrounding areas. If you want to know anything staff and volunteers will do their best to help you. There is a museum about the salt history and Droitwich calling all about the radio masts history in wychbold. Go and have a look.

What an interesting little museum in a lovely building in the centre of Droitwich. Well worth a visit to learn a little (or lot!) about the locality. And excellent cards and gifts too. Very friendly and informative Staff.

Really good. Has lots of information on Droitwich and surrounding area. With a great exhibition on the history of radio and salt in the town.
