Booked a cab from Kings Abbey Taxis a day in advance. When the cab arrived, and we got in, we were informed that the short drive from the Ffolkes Hotel in Hillington, a journey of just a few minutes, would cost £35.00 as we needed to pay for the driver’s journey from Kings Lynn. While I appreciate the logic in this, I would have thought that if this is the company policy, then at the very least I should have been informed of this at the time of booking rather than having to pay this unexpected charge. Very disappointed.

Poor customer service and unkind drivers. They don’t take you where you booked. Minus 10 . Dropped me half way due to their wrong information. Called the line and they stupidly blamed me. Pushed two heavy luggage for more than 7mins and missed my work time. Called to still pay because the driver was still in the 70s : only cash and they foolishly blocked my line. You think people they use taxi don’t have cars? Awake up and rethink! The customer service guy was the same that wrongly booked it and was shouting at me. Count yourself lucky! Minus 20

Booked for 1pm for a wedding, 1.20 still hasn’t shown, no update and driver not picking up. Cancelled and hadn’t to drive ourselves!

Taxis are almost never available and company is very non-accomodating. They never care for someone's trouble. Whether it be freezing temperature, or someone has to walk for an hour with a 3 days old baby in cold weather.

Can't fault this company at all. The booking was made a week before, then checked closer to the time and reassured all in place (both pick up and drop off were rural locations, one especially quite remote). Taxis were early both times, drivers were lovely and service was spot on, even able to change the time slightly at the last minute and on a Friday night. Thank you so much.

So my wife booked this service a night before for an important job interview. This morning, rang back to confirm the service is still in place, assured it was. A minute past the booked time, rang again and was told taxi was a minute away. Well, thank you for not arriving and for messing up her day. I wish I could give a minus 5 star.

We ordered a taxi from a few days before for Friday for 7pm we it was 8pm and they kept saying 10 minutes and then that the car broke down eventually we got a different taxi

Won't ever use this company after a driver has just sat revving his car behind the school bus picking my disabled child up. He certainly had no longer than 3 mins to wait. So rude and unnecessary.
