Downhams are a great company to work for. I've been working for them for nearly 4 years now and they are a very fair, friendly and professional small family run firm. They operate really smart trucks, our uniforms and PPE are all supplied. The work is consistent and often busy but at no time have I or anyone ever been asked to break the law. Looking forward to many more years working for them.

The Worst company Ive personally ever had to work for in my 14yr+ career .The owner was Abusive & aggressive towards me, called me stupid and watches his drivers 24/7 on tracker, rings you up to moan your not going the way they want. and didn't pay me correctly if at all on time. And Tells his drivers to break the driving hours laws. A joke of a company to work for I quit after a week and they damaged all my personal belongings I left in the truck. I'm not trying to damage the reputation of the company I'm leaving an honest review of my experience.
