It was with heavy hearts that we had to have our beautiful Sasha put to sleep. James and Daisy were just so lovely and caring at such an emotional, heartbreaking time. Would not have wanted Sasha with anyone else. Thank you Hollies/ London Road. You guys are amazing, treating our babies like your own.

I took my dog (Rupert) here for over a decade....first class service and such great people. When he passed at the age of 15...i took him down for cremation . Again very sensitive about everything .A week or so later i got sent a bunch of flowers and a card.. that is beyond any normal veterinary service. I Highly recommend this clinic.

The staff were amazing, and very caring and kind. Taking their time, and giving us time to say goodbye to our faithfully friend. We will be forever grateful to them for making an emotional time, just a bit better for poppy and her mummy and daddy.

Not impressed at all. Called up as I have just moved to the area and my cat was badly injured in a fight and needed to be seen immediately they told me it’s not possible because their books are full even in an emergency they would not see my cat. The lady said she would only see him if I paid £17.99 a month for a pet plan? Which is frankly disgusting putting profit before the welfare of animals. I drove him 30 minutes away to his old vets where he was kindly seen to immediately because they actually care about animals and not about making money. Do not recommend.

wasn’t made aware of an outstanding balance due to correspondence and/or it had been escalated to debt collectors. No room for negotiation- poor customer consideration despite no issues with practice or owing of known money before. Wouldn’t go back.

Not helpful. Wanted me to pay 16.99 direct debit to joint a pet health club before I could register my sick dog!

Another excellent, consistent, professional service from James....the vet....on my attendance today.
He has seen both my German Shepherds and pug and given pragmatic experienced advice accordingly.
Firstly always in the best interest of my pets and balancing this with the outlay required to pay for the service.
Would highly recommend for your pets health and welfare.

I couldn't have ask for better care and concern from the vet and nursing staff the way they looked after my baby girl Roo phone calls photos all the time she was getting over her opp thankyou all ❤
