Absolutely delightful place. Nick and Christina are such a lovely couple. Breakfast outstanding. The room and the bed is fabulous. Haven't slept as well for years. My wife, being severely disabled, it is brilliant that everything is flat.It was marvellous to see the animals close up. Nick even gone to all the trouble and brought the Donkeys round so my wife was able to be close to them.

Myself and two children (4&5) stayed here for 2nights. It is a really lovely place, beautiful location and great accommodation and very tasty breakfast. But what made it 5*+ for us was Nick and Christina. They made us so welcome, they allowed the children to get involved on the farm, they happily spent time with them and Nick explained so much to them. My two followed him around asking questions and he was patient, kind and genuinely seemed happy chatting to them. We have had a brilliant time and will definitely be returning.

What a great B&B! I stayed for two nights solo and everything was impeccable - I was very well looked after - from helping organise lunch and taxis to making a delicious breakfast and recommending walking paths. It felt like a home away from home and I could even see sheep and cows walking in the fields through the bedroom window. Beautiful!

Fantastic peaceful relaxing farm stay!! Just go!
From the moment we arrived at Bush Farm down the quiet lane it was just utter heaven. Nick and Christina are so welcoming and friendly and happy to help with any requirements.
The room in the Hayloft was so luxurious with amazing ensuite shower and comfy beds and welcome tea tray.
I stayed for 2 nights with my teen daughter and we utterly loved it! We are already booked and going back in the May Whitsun Holiday.
Nick is so knowledgeable and we loved bottle feeding the baby lambs and chickens and meeting all their animals with the fun bumpy trailer ride out into the fields.
Having no TV and minimal local area WIFI in stunning hills meant a real get away from it all. The WIFI signal at the Hayloft was very good though for watching after 8pm via laptop any catch up TV but with lambs and new calf's outside every morning who needs TV. Im not sure of the at present COVID regulations but the Hayloft was impeccably clean and masks worn and distancing was used as a precaution so this was a never an issue for us.
Christina serves a delicious breakfast every morning of your choice home cooked that perfectly sets you up for any activities for the day . We ate out in local pubs in the evening- The White Horse Inn in nearby Clun- very tasty, couldn't eat it all fish and chips. Great traditional beams and horse brasses open fire type pub. And at The Three Tuns in Bishops Castle- lovely moussaka and huge burger and chips in large warm family pub with large trestle tables and benches.
Shropshire and its stunningly beautiful hills are amazing and cant believe we always passed through headed for Wales. Planning many more return visits and exploring of Shropshire now. The Long Mynd is a must see! Great very happy memories

Christina and Nick are incredible hosts and are so accommodating especially for a last minute booking. Nick gave us a guided tour of the animals and even allowed us to feed the sheep (once we told him they were my favourite animal) generally all round amazing hosts and we cannot wait to return later this year!

From the moment we stepped out of our car, Christina made us feel very welcome. The hayloft is very cosy, decorated very tastefully and importantly very clean. Tea and homemade cake were brought to our room which was a lovely welcoming touch and Christina was incredibly knowledgable in answering all our questions about things to do, places to visit and recommended some excellent pubs for food. Breakfast was superb with local sausages and bacon and their own eggs. The location is stunning and both Christina and Nick made us feel enormously welcome. We shall definitely be back!

You couldn't wish for a nicer welcome or to be looked after so well.
The room was more than comfy, great shower, plenty of coffee / tea. Breakfasts to die for.
Looking forward to returning for another family visit.

Horse riding the Jack Mytton Way in 2021 and stayed 3 nights.Fabulous for horse and rider.Nothing too much trouble and very friendly and welcoming with lovely rooms.
