Bought a monitor from them although it was my first time going to their shop, staff are very kind and calm and they are respective, they were also patient as I asked to test several monitors, I'd totally recommend them.

Best shop for gaming computer parts in the area. They give reasonable prices all the time. And very helpful when it comes to the information. I can recommend for everyone.

Very rude arrogant, poor service l, Cheaters, tried to sell me ram and ssd for more expensive then amazon also parts was used not new avoid avoid. This shop fraud they will install all used items and charge u full price. There attitude also very poor, no customer service, very rude, making customers wait and talking very rudely and arrogant. + On the phone they told me 80aed for ssd NEW when I got there, it was used item. 256 ssd used 70aed (same amazon NEW 65aed) Ram used item 8gb ddr4 60aed (amazon 58aed brand new.)(When I showed him he tried to tell me the amazon ram was server ram lol it wasnt it was ddr4 2666mhz 8gb laptop ram)( i purchased both from amazon now and installed successfully. Also I didn't make any low ball offers. I offered 120aed total (since i was there and wanted to get it over with) which was 10aed less then wot they asked Which is reasonable, After I asked, they gave me attitude, first guy walked away then second guy disagreed also and started started removing the items from sale and showed attitude. At this point I left and said this is bad service because frankly it is, the guy started shouting somthing as I walked away.

very nice place to buy used pc parts they give 10 days replacement warranty no other shop in uae give 10 days warranty on used parts also they have some great offers on gaming pcs and laptops thanks

i prefer al wafaa computers for those people who wants to upgrade or to purchase a build in computer. its easy to speak regarding of what you are looking for your pc.. and specially a reasonable price. deserve 5star for me. ????????????????

I bought a Gaming PC and the products are in good quality. All the staff are attentive, respectful and very helpful. I recently bought a PC parts and it came the next day. The best service! Highly recommend to visit their shop if you want to start Gaming :)

they are amazing! I went to get my pc fixed because it wasn't working at all and they fixed it in a day. Next day it was delivered to my home.

Quick service, experienced and friendly staff, got my bricked motherboard fixed for very cheap there, they provide all pc services including fixing, cleaning and assembly with prebuilt systems for sale and new and used parts. Only issue you might face is parking space near the shop otherwise I would recommend.
