Shop is alright, workers don’t know what they’re doing. Went to buy a drink and got IDd, showed the young lady at the till a valid form of ID and she refused it despite me telling her it is a valid form of ID. Then got nothing but rudeness afterwards. Young girl definitely needs more training since she doesn’t have any idea about the law clearly.

They need to monitoring the numbers in the shop! They need to be asking people to wear masks, pretty much every time I’ve been into the shop, half of the customers don’t wear a mask! I understand it’s difficult for staff during the pandemic and the work they do is admirable, but they still need to social distance from customers as much as they can, which isn’t apparent here. During the first lockdown it felt sort of safe to go into store, it doesn’t anymore.

you need to put the fresh food out FIRST when it arrives, you wonder why half the packets are bloated and food looks horrible, i got some fresh pasta last week when i got home and it was burst open and mouldy, went back to replace it and most of them were like that, went for some chicken today and all that packets were bloated and the chicken looked like it had been left in the sun, sick of having to throw things away or bring them back to replace just use ur brains and put the FRESH FOOD in the fridges first PLZ

Second easter egg brought tonight maltesers. And its white and tastes disgusting. But the box states its in date. This store is going down hill fast. Not happy at all. If the women on the check out are not holding people up having meaningless conversations its selling disgusting easter eggs. Please see pic i will not be shopping here again. I would rather go without or head to asda.

Very convenient, stocks a wide range of stuff, would not do a weekly shop there, but I'm sure it's possible. Seems to be always open, opening times on line, I think. And it's got an ATM

Been in today store was a mess most of the staff was no where to be seen my wife walked past to earlier to see another member of staff looking like she was being bullied

I like this store but I don’t like seeing other people at work looking upset or being bullied doing a job they have chose to do

This needs looking into
