This is my 1st time here on entering the hotel you are met by the bar, a nice space quite warm n welcoming. Off to the left is reception and to the right the restaurant. An open affair but set out nicely and the lighting was subtle. There are a few tables off to the left for meeting for drinks. Very much set up for the travelling business person. Nice atmosphere i felt really comfortable and staff were very welcoming and helpful. In all a good 8/10.

I've been using the hotel for a long time both when in London. Used to be free parking but now charge £8 per day. Ridiculous as would have rather reduced rate. Paid for 3 days as they system required you to do so but after a wedding, not even 1 parking space. Please management get this right.

Rooms nice and clean. Had problem of AC first night wasn't pleasant. Breakfast included was very good. Location well you need a bus or taxi to move around. But nice area

Positive: The room was very clean and the portable AC kept the room super cold, the way we wanted it. The restaurant was great - the crisps were amazing- and ice was available at the bar. Negative: No

Always pass this hotel and never thought about booking it. Much better than Premier inn or travel lodge. Room was quite small but had everything I need and a decent shower.

It’s in need of major internal repairs. It’s clear they’re improving the outside (which hotels seem to often do)- but the inside is what needs help. Old dated carpet. Chipping paint and doors.

The windows don’t fully seal/ close so when it’s cold the cold air pours in and it’s hard to access the radiator to change heat setting. The cold air is pouring into the bathroom too through leaky window.

Definitely full budget condition for Best Western but you wouldn’t know it from the 19-20$ burgers at the restaurant.

Basically stay here for relatively easy and relatively affordable access to Gatwick and not much else. It’s fine for a night or two.

Does seem to have quiet parts of the hotel which is a pro for those needing sleep

Definitely not a 4 star hotel

All great and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.the rooms very comfortable and clean. I’ve stayed there for the last four weeks will deafly be back again.
And the buffet breakfast was great choice available
