Everything you need in one place without travelling into busy towns.
Fantastic selection of nice wines and beers with much better than your average fuel station food.
Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

if you are coming onto the west coast here - fill up with fuel - from North , Asda @ Whitehaven , from south , come off M6 @ junc. 35 - travel on old A6 - petrol stations { av. priced } on that road , both before and @ Milnthorpe - petrol on this West Coast is a Rip off ! ... also , no where decent for food / beer etc.. over priced Muck at Ravenglass Pubs etc.. you will pay high price for boil in the bag / micro waved tat.

Price of fuel wasn't bad, the same as a Shell garage back home, so definitely not overpriced. Snacks in the shop were a bit pricey, but par for the course at a forecourt convenience store.

No longer a texaco, like in the pictures. It's an esso now with normal average petrol prices and pretty good prices in the shop ( for a petrol station). If I'm ever in the area again I'll be sure to go back there.

Great selection of foods as well as beer and wine. Clean, friendly staff, and efficient.
