Very helpful when all other taxis were too busy, in the end we did not need the taxi for a complicated journey but they were willing to go out of their way to help. Thank you for a great service.

We have used J R Cars several times for airport runs. Yesterday we used them to travel to and from Glemham Hall for our nieces wedding. As always the service was fantastic. Always on time and so friendly, the journey both ways went by so quickly due to the chat. Would highly recommend J R Cars and 100% will be using them again. Thank you J R Cars for such great service.

Despite being recommended as the taxi provider at Littleport train station, and recommended by locals, refused to take any jobs in Littleport for an entire weekend because it wasn't worth it.

Over-charged us from the station rank at Ely. When we questioned it the driver just shrugged and made a comment about another local cab company. Rude and unprofessional. Won't be using again.
