AMG Garage is a customer friendly garage with professional dent repair and mechanic skills, very open to constructive criticisms and opens a wide door for improvement to see to customer satisfaction. At AMG Garage the customer is a king.

Very bad garage with no loyalty.

I brought to them Altima, after the evaluation they said the engine must be changed then I told him it is not worth to change the engine, i will sell it scrap.

Then they told me, it can be repaired without changing the engine. I agreed and paid 1,600 for repair and parts replace.

I received the car and after using it for two weeks only, a load sound came from the engine. I took it back to them, they said, the engine need to be change!!!!!!!!!!!.

All these fake promises was given by the manager there who called “Amir”.

They knew that the engine must be changed from the first time but just to collect money from me, they said ( it can be repaired).

Very bad service. Staff so unprofessional, no manner on dealing with clients. SV dont know how to deal. No value for commitment, delivery of work significantly delayed.

Very bad service. No value for time. They only use words but don’t know the value of words.
For small area need paint they parked my car for more than month.
When you take car to them they are asking each other how much to say, supervisor don’t even know the prices for repair jobs.
My one car is in the garage for almost year now????????u200d♂️. To say in easy words never go to this garage.
Hope my comment will safe others from this poor quality garage????????
