Worst service. Called their team to deliver water but not delivered even they commited to deliver water next day, informed them same time that only one left for my family. No one attending calls next day.
Dont trust, they want us to take their coupon but no commitment to the customers afterwards.

Been drinking their water for 2 years and a half, and it was good BUT when i transferred in ROLLA they just delivered at least 2 times and then after that they don't deliver anymore. Been contacting VINIL for how many times to deliver me 4 bottles of water he always tell me tomorrow tomorrow and when the tomorrow comes NO WATER COMING. I am very disappointed and angry at the same time, VERY BAD SERVICE! YOU CAN'T HANDLE YOUR CUSTOMERS WELL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DON'T RECOMMEND THIS AQUAMENA TO ANYONE

I have been dealing with for eight years and where good, unfortunately for the pass year I am having hard time with them , their telephone numbers are out of service and only one number that is working but body answers, I have been trying for the pass three days to get them to deliver my bottles but no respond so far .

Please don't get into trouble by availing service with this non professional organization. Just like others said, I got whole a lot of coupon with me for which iam in constant follow up with them.But the lady who rarely respond to the call,did not arrange the water delivery even after 4 days of reminder.i would say a total waste people to deal with .it's been fourth day I am been calling them for a refill but now left with no response. Hope some govt.officials hear our voice and shutdown these type of fraud organization.

Worst experience. Not regular delivery by the sales person. And no repsonce from the company when called. They do not have any curtsey or care for the customers. Do not recommend to anyone.

No one answers .. i have 3 bottles of water empty and a book of coupons that i havent used yet ! Cant reach them on any number provided on their website .. i dont recommend it !

All their telephone No. Not working, there is no way to communicate with them, delivery of water stopped since long back, in case they respond they take days to deliver.. Thw worst company ever. Not recommended.
