I cannot thank Lush (Bluewater Store) and it’s friendly, caring and dedicated staff enough. I feel truly blessed to have been invited to sell my Children’s picture books and promote my cause. I honestly did not expect to be treated with so much kindness, respect and support by Lush and I had an amazing two days in store amongst the staff, customers and children. Thank you so very, very much for this opportunity.

Superb Customer Service from Jo.K at the Bluewater Branch. Don’t usually get that kind of care and treatment from staff at stores in general. She was well informed of the products in store and was able to assist my wife in choosing the right hair care. A bright and vibrant soul and I wish her the best in life and the company also. I was very happy with the service maddy provided. She helped find my autistic daughter shower products that best suited her needs. Got some great free samples too. She also made her feel welcome and understood which is very hard for my Georgia.

Aimee & Ria we’re amazing! Such a great party, good value and so creative. Really bought all the girls out their shells and dealt with each of their needs and noticed when each needed a little more help! Good patience dealing with 10yr olds!

Today at the Bluewater branch of LUSH, I met a real life Unicorn. Even with her human disguise of beautiful pink hair, round glasses that not only framed her face, but somehow made her blue eyes sparkle. She wasn't able to hide the fact that she was made of pure Unicorn magic. Thank you Kim for being so kind today. Thank you for helping me with my task of sorting the end-of-year gifts for the teachers at my children's school. You are truly appreciated :)
