Best professional service for all kind of repairs with very good prices.
They also pick and deliver cars with their own recovery crane.
Also they will buy original spare parts for you with good discount.
Car registration, insurance and renewal services also available.
Highly recommend.

Constantly fail to deliver parcels on the right DAY, let alone in the 'estimated' delivery window! The Manager gaslights people saying it's not happening. Really, just spent another 9 hours waiting for a parcel that didn't turn up! Excuse 'We're busy'. Guess what, so is every other company, yet they manage to deliver on time, & in the designated window! We used to get our Mail in a morning before 9.30am. Now you're lucky to get it at all. My post goes to other houses, & I get post from all over the village!

GO BACK TO BEING PUBLIC OWNED!

If I could give a lower star rating I would! Would not put parcel in designated box when not in! Did this twice. Now I have to make an 8 mile trip to get it from royal mail office! I think the company want to make things as difficult as possible for users!!?

Disgusting service paid next day 1pm guaranteed the post arrived after 3 weeks, they don't think we have bussnes and it make us look really bad

Postman couldn't gain access to our property, gate locked. Tracked item. He took a photograph at the gate to show it had been delivered, and took off. Our security cameras clearly show him doing this. Obviously couldn't be bothered to try and redeliver it. Now we don't know where it is. Ebay think it has been delivered. He obviously can't be trusted to do the job correctly.

If I could rate Royal Mail with a 0 I would, totally irresponsible, incompetent and rude, had a parcel sent that I had bought as a gift, the seller did Everything to rush it to me, sent on next day delivery signed for but when this incompetent lot got hold of it they said they’d tried delivery however my daughter was sat in the lounge that looks onto the drive and yep no posty even though they said they had been and no card either to say they had or prove they had been however because of the no card I now can’t collect from the sorting office and the gift was needed before the end of the week????u200d♀️ so posted on the 4/10/22 apparently tried to deliver 10/10/22 apparently out for delivery 17/10/22 yep guessed it STILL NO PACKAGE so they now say Saturday 22/10/22 which is totally to late as it was needed by Friday and been with ROYAL MAIL SINCE 4/10/22 now on 19/10/22 AND STILL WITH THEM!!! Raised two complaints and nothing heard as of yet please use a different company to deliver your parcels as these couldn’t deliver a stick of rock from next door

My letters are always delivered to a different street and the woman there RIPS my Mail up because she’s sick of getting it. I missed an important hospital letter because of this. Not only that but the woman that works in the post office is constantly rude whenever I go inside.

Not actually got any problems with the sorting office itself but why is royal mail itself so incompetent, why is Royal Mail the only delivery company that wont leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour. Paid for next day delivery but as nobody was in they took it to the sorting office which then I have to wait 24 from the time on the card to be able to collect it. Will Royal Mail reimburse me my 'next day delivery charge' for the fact they couldn't deliver on time??

Was literally at the back door and they apparently couldn’t wait a minute for me to get to the front! Next day delivery fee down the drain! Impatient staff, complaint submitted
