Their service in Ajman became very slow and bad I hope they either fix it or simply change management
Waiting more than 40min for 3 juices

The drink, and the food were all fine. But the customer service is horrible. I would call someone at least 3 times for me to get a respond, and they would even see me and acknowledge my presence. And never have I called this place and they picked up the phone.

It is what they say it is.. drinks are the best tastes and the desserts are fresh and nice

I ordered the saffron ice cream..NOT EDIBLE. The saffron sauce was frozen and didn't melt even after an hour..the ice cream melted but the sauce still frozen and hard as a rock. Very disappointed!! Expensive for nothing. Not worth it.

My kids love Aseer time.
They have the best shakes for kids.

The only negative part is it’s pricey
