They are really very very poor service providers, I would not recommend anyone to send their stuff through them. All of my items were delivered as broken and they kept them in the rain. it was nothing but just a garbage they delivered to me. when i went to their office to complaint them they told me clearly go and do whatever you can we are not responsible for anything. that's it. I started sending through others and their rates and services are very good. for proof i have attached the pictures.

Booked cargo from Dubai through Asia and Super Asia Cargo Service. Received it within one month as promised. Excellent service n tracking. As cargo arrived in Lahore information given by telephone n home delivery time.

Recently had a worst experience sending shipment through this company.

First of all the shipment arrived in 50 days than the promised time of 30 to 35 days.
.
Secondly my shipment contained some artificial jewellery items 1st on reaching the destination they started asking me some 30k pkr as tax amount which as per them they have been charged at the port. But when they were asked to show some proof of it in the form of any tax receipt, they had none.

When finally ,after sorting this tax huddle out and getting shipment cleared, the shipment reached the intended destination and was opened a big shock !! All the expansive jewellery items had been taken out. Since then I am chasing these people here in dubai and pakistan as well but to no avail.

Will never send and recommend to any one to deal with this company.

Very bad very bad service they don't how to talk with customer's. If u send cargo to anywhere and your receivers not receive cargo complete. If you want to make complaint,they will directly to say you we are not responsible
