Very bad company dont rent from them they will never give u back ur security deposit and they will not provide u with any maintenance for ur flaat .. BEWARE about this company

Poor Customer service and maintenance. When we rent the apartment after 1 week the AC was not cooling I called the maintenance office and they said that they will call some technician to fixed the ac but we waited for the whole day and nobody came same in the second day . The AC where fixed only in the 3rd day after calling them constantly every hr on the 3rd day until they come and fixed the ac. They deserve negative rating for slow response . They do not care for there tenants .

Very bad service and rude management, i have contacted Adel he was disrespectful and rude and i need someone from top management to contact me!!! I will be calling police and raise a complaint for it

I am renting in one of AWTAD’s buildings and they have the poorest maintenance and they are sooo unprofessional! I have sifted here in August 2021 since then i have been complaining about the dust issues in my flat but all they do is come for survey and go and not take any actions plus there are cockroaches int he building and there were few in my flat too but i have put a pest gel for cockroaches all over my place and there are a pest called silverfish in this building too i have seen it in the rooftop near the kids playing area and it appears in my flat too multiple times and i have complained the management numerous times and they dont take any action all they do is come for surveys and go that’s what they are good at.. they also have cracks on the wall which they came and repaired 2 months a go and now again its there.. awtad is the worse building i have rented in.. now when i asked them to cancel the contract and let me leave they said i will have to pay the penalty for breaching the contract! Well if i did something wrong I would have paid and left long back! But this isn’t my issue its the flat issue ! Worse building ever

Lovely town located on the banks of loch Fyne. Lots to see and do with gardens, hotels, cafes, old jail to tour and lovely little shops.
